BashBall San Ramon - At California High School

BashBall San Ramon at California High School begins on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Here's the overview for the 2025 winter league season:

SEASON DATES

The BashBall San Ramon wiinter league runs for six weeks starting Sunday, November 9, 2025. All teams will practice and play every Sunday regardless of their seeding in the BashBall Playoffs and World Series. Dates of play are:

Week 1: November 9, 2025
Week 2: November 16, 2025
Week 3: November 23, 2025
Week 4: December 7, 2025
Week 5: December 14, 2025
Week 6: December 21, 2025

PRACTICE/GAME TIMES

BashBall practices and games are on the same day - parents only need to allocate 90 minutes of availability each week for their child's involvement in the program. Practice (30 minutes) takes place immediately prior to a participant's scheduled game (60 minutes). All practice and game times are subject to change.

1st Grade / 2nd Grade: 1:00-2:30pm
3rd Grade / 4th Grade / 5th Grade: 2:30-4:00pm
6th Grade / 7th Grade / 8th Grade: 2:30-4:00pm

LEAGUE LOCATION

BashBall San Ramon is held at California High School's main football stadium. California High School is located at 9870 Broadmoor Dr, San Ramon, CA 94583.

TEAM ROSTERS

BashBall teams are comprised of up to 10 players, with limited exceptions on a case by case basis. Players are placed on rosters with their requested friends and/or grade level classmates. Each team is coached by a high school or college student-athlete and supported by a parent volunteer coach.

SEASON FEES

The registration fee is $350. The season fee includes a full season of practice and play, plus a custom jersey and hat.

AGES

BashBall is open to boys and girls in 1st-8th grades in the 2025-2026 school year.

PARENT VOLUNTEER COACHES

Each BashBall team needs 2-3 parent volunteer coaches to help assist staff on the field on Sundays, coach players, keep score, shag balls, support defensive positions, and keep the lineups in order.

REFUND POLICY

The BashBall registration fee is refundable minus 10% up to two weeks prior to the league start date. Within two weeks of the league start date, there are no refunds or transfers. During the league season there are no refunds for player illness, missed days, cancelled games, or vacations.
