SEASON DATES
The BashBall fall leagues run for eight weeks starting Sunday, September 13, 2026. All teams will practice and play every Sunday regardless of their seeding in the BashBall Playoffs and World Series. Dates of play are:
- Week 1: Sunday September 13
- Week 2: Sunday, September 20
- Week 3: Sunday, September 27
- Week 4: Sunday, October 4
- Week 5: Sunday, October 11
- Week 6: Sunday, October 18
- Week 7: Sunday, October 25 (Playoff Weekend - All Teams Compete)
- Week 8: Sunday, November 1 (World Series Weekend - All Teams Compete)
PRACTICE/GAME TIMES
BashBall practices and games are on the same day - parents only need to allocate 90 minutes of availability each week for their child's involvement in the program. Practice (30 minutes) takes place immediately prior to a participant's scheduled game (60 minutes). Exact start times for each grade level are to be determined.
TEAM ROSTERS
BashBall teams are comprised of up to 10 players, with limited exceptions on a case by case basis. Players are placed on rosters with their requested friends and/or grade level classmates. Each team is coached by a high school or college student-athlete and supported by a parent volunteer coach.
SEASON FEES
The Early Bird registration fee of $300 runs from March 1st to May 31st. Starting June 1st, the season fee is the regular rate of $375. The season fee includes a full season of practice and play, plus a custom jersey and hat.
AGES
BashBall is open to boys and girls in 1st-8th grades in the 2026-2027 school year.
PARENT VOLUNTEER COACHES
Each BashBall team needs two parent volunteer coaches to help assist staff on the field on Sundays, coach players, keep score, shag balls, support defensive positions, and keep the lineups in order.
REFUND POLICY
The BashBall registration fee is refundable minus 10% up to two weeks prior to the league start date. Within two weeks of the league start date, there are no refunds or transfers. During the league season there are no refunds for player illness, missed days, cancelled games, or vacations.
